In 30+ years, Julie has negotiated in excess of 1000 sales across the whole scope of residential property, ranging from studio apartments to large executive homes, land subdivisions, units, and townhouses off the plan, units in retirement villages, new homes on behalf of developers, as well as renovated and refurbished units that were newly converted to Strata Title. Some of these properties were perceived to be very difficult to sell, but Julie’s strong negotiating skills resulted in excellent sales.
