Turramurra North Real Estate, the only real estate office in North Turramurra, is a boutique agency created from the need for a specialised property services company to handle the complete property requirements of local residents and those in the surrounding community.
The agency is primarily involved in marketing homes for sale, and managing them for rental, in North Turramurra, Turramurra, Warrawee, Wahroonga, St Ives, and Pymble; but also deals with properties, including home units, in the wider area including Hornsby, Thornleigh and Berowra.
The business is owned and operated by Julie Rodgers, a long term resident of the area who has been in the real estate industry for over twenty years. Julie understands and appreciates the value of her community and as such, has been involved with local sporting clubs, church, schools and Scout groups.
As a Justice of the Peace, Julie is available for witnessing or certifying documents.
